Firefox 3.5 is available for download at Mozilla’s website.
If you download it now, some of your add-ons might not be compatible with the new version (especially true for themes). It’s still not a bad idea to upgrade to it; most add-ons become compatible with new versions before too much time passes. If your favorite theme isn’t available, you can always take the opportunity to change it up a bit.
